Polish yoghurts – Delicious Danio and Activia drinking yoghurt

If you’re a yoghurt fan, wait til you try Polish ones… they’ll quickly become your new favourites 😉 …. it’s no coincidence why Poland is such a big exporter of dairy products! They are rather tasty!!

So my favourites are Danio (delicious fromage frais), Jogobella (yum! big pots) and the very very convenient drinking version of Activia yoghurts (why can’t we get these in the UK??  – They’re the best as a mid morning snack on the move!).

Danio – amazing for breakfast, smeared on bread/rolls, great with fruit or poured over cereal ….  plus they’re low cal and under 3% fat 🙂

Activia drinking yoghurts – these come in 2 sizes, the small and the large – great as a mid morning or afternoon snack and perfect for when you’re on the move and have no spoon…. who carries those on the tube these days anyway?? 🙂 My favourite ones are straweberry and kiwi or blueberry …. yum!!

Jogobella – comes in some delicious flavours, my favourite has wheat grains inside, delicious when mixed with strawberry flavours!

Tempted – why not pop into your nearest Polish shop or see if your local Sainsburys or Tesco stocks them, Danio is now in more and more branches 🙂

Smacznego!
